Ok, so putting up the toddler bed was not so brilliant. Last night was grueling. Thomas has lost his comfort level with the whole bed time thing. It started with his nap time...he may sleep for an hour, whereas pre-toddler bed he would sleep for a good three. So with him not getting a full nap, one would think the kid would sleep a full night. Wrong. He now wants me to sit in there with him until he falls asleep (take forever) and wouldn't you know that he is back up at 2 AM. You play that game for a while. I guarantee that you will not like it.
So, do we put the crib back up? My opinion there is that the pain of getting the crib back out of the storage shed surpasses the pain of no sleep (so far). So plan B is to utilize the Pack-N-Play play pen. We will see how it goes for a time. My theory is that he will climb out of it at first chance. I guess we will find out tonight.

Oh man! He is out of the crib already! That is kind of sad. I feel like I missed WAY too many baby days in there someplace. Wish I could be there to watch you get up at 2am and put him back to bed! You are such an awesome dad!
